Annual meeting of the HAC's International Advisory Board

The International Adviosory Board held its annual meeting at the HAC's offices on October 28-29, 2011. The main point of discussion was the draft higher education law, which foresees a restructuring of the HAC and, in the form available at the time of the meeting, no longer stipulates that the HAC is an independent body of experts as it has been by law since its foundation in 1993. The Board debated the question of independence in light of the European Standards and Guidelines. It also discussed the work of the HAC in the past year.
