New Higher Education Act

Parliament has passed the new Higher Education Act on November 28, after making the revisions demanded by the Constitutional Court. The Act had passed once before in May but objections were submitted to the Court at that time. The Act was published on December 14, 2005, it will come into force March 1, 2006.
